Our Equipment

To ensure that your meat is cooked in complete safety, our pig spit roasters are powered by a large gas burner which provides a safe, consistent temperature throughout the cooking period. We test the meat with a digital thermometer on a regular basis to ensure that the pig and superb crackling is thoroughly cooked before carving .

From start to finish, Herts Hogfather are committed to providing excellent service and quality. The mobile spit roasting oven and portable BBQ is practical, easy to use. and can be transported within the Herts, Beds and Bucks with ease. Having gas powered spit roast machines and the use of a small generator allows us to be highly portable when required.
